The Success Group founded and organized the first Impact Ohio Post Election
Conference in 1984, and later expanded the event into a business which hosted Impact
Ohio conferences regionally throughout the state.  Since its inception, Impact Ohio has
offered information-packed conferences that explore elections, outcomes of the political
process, and the policy choices facing Ohio and its communities.  Impact Ohio brings
together business, political, and community leaders from around Ohio in forums for
policy discussion.  Each Impact Ohio Conference is co-sponsored with the Ohio
Democratic and Republican Parties, allowing for a bipartisan look into the future of
policy-making.

In 2022, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce purchased and took over Impact Ohio
operations. The Success Group is proud to have begun the Impact Ohio legacy of
bringing together stakeholders to participate in civil and productive conversations and
continues to help partner and sponsor the Impact Ohio events with the Ohio Chamber of
Commerce. We invite you to join us in this endeavor.
